End User License Agreement (EULA)

Licensing and Scope

the markets.sh app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to Markets.sh is subject to your prior acceptance of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”). The license to Markets.sh under this EULA is granted by the Application Provider, markets.sh. We reserve all rights in and to Markets.sh not expressly granted to you under this EULA.

The license granted to you is nontransferable and allows you to use Markets.sh on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules. You may not distribute, transfer, or make Markets.sh available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously. You agree not to reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of Markets.sh.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Use at Your Own Risk

Markets.sh is provided "as is" and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to Markets.sh, either express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. No oral or written information or advice given by us shall create a warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, we shall not be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of your use of or inability to use Markets.sh, however caused. Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data related to your use of Markets.sh. This information will be used to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other related services.

External Services

Markets.sh may enable access to third-party services and websites. You agree to use these at your sole risk and acknowledge that we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these services. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defame any person or entity.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
