Allianz Hauptversammlung: Stimmrechtsberater ISS kritisiert Pensionszahlungen
At the Allianz shareholders' meeting, the influential ISS voting advisor criticized the company's pension payments and the new compensation system. The CEO, Oliver Bäte, received a total compensation of over ten million euros in 2024, including a base salary of around two million euros and pension benefits of one million euros. ISS highlighted that Allianz's pension contributions are significantly higher than those of other European companies, arguing that many German corporations have reduced pension benefits for executives in recent years.
