[Updated] Trihill Capital-backed F&B startup Se'Indonesia raises fresh funding

Se'Indonesia, an Indonesian F&B startup specializing in traditional smoked beef and chicken dishes, has raised $9.66 million in a funding round led by Insignia Ventures Partners. The round also saw investments from Trihill Capital, Argor Capital, Saison Capital, and W Ventures. The company, originally launched in 2021 by Rinaldi Dharma Utama, Christian Wilfandio, and Bayu Ardhiawan Soedjarwo, rebranded to Se'Indonesia in early 2024. The funds will be used for expansion and working capital. The company is planning to add 50 more online outlets and 30 dine-in stores by the end of the year. Se'Indonesia's fundraising is part of the growing momentum in Indonesia's tech-enabled F&B segment, attracting investor attention due to the young, urban population and resilient consumer categories.
