    Brighter Super sells advice book

    Brighter Super, a Queensland-based super fund with 280,000 members, has sold its advice book to Centrepoint Alliance, an advice licensee. The acquisition includes up to 400 customers generating around $1 million in annual revenue. Financial Advice Matters (FAM), a wholly owned salaried advice business of Centrepoint, will provide comprehensive advice services to these customers. The transaction is structured to ensure only current review customers who agree to transition by 16 May 2025 will be included in the purchase price. Brighter Super aims to scale its advice offering and supports more than 1,500 IFAs.
