FTI Consulting, a Washington, DC-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Christopher Allen as a senior managing director in its financial services practice within its forensic and litigation consulting segment.\n\nBased in Charlotte, NC, Allen brings more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience in financial services, with expertise across payment strategy, customer experience, and operations modernization. In his new role at FTI, he will advise banks, fintechs, and payment intermediaries on modernizing products, core operations, processes, and underlying technology.\n\nAllen joins from Deloitte Consulting, where he spent the last 14 years and was a managing director.
