Pytosh joined the general partner of CVR Partners as a director in 2011 and became President and CEO in 2014, and in 2018 was appointed Executive VP of Corporate Services of CVR Energy (NYSE:), with executive responsibility over the company's midstream operations; before joining CVR Partners, Pytosh held senior financial roles in energy, power, solid waste and investment banking. Lamp has served as CVR Energy's () President and CEO and as the Executive Chairman of CVR Partners since 2017, and as a member of the board of directors of the general partner since 2018, including as Chairman during 2018-23; Lamp has more than 40 years of technical, commercial and operational experience in the refining and chemical industries. CVR Energy () also said Brett Icahn will join its board, effective August 1; he is the son of Carl Icahn, whose activist investment firm Icahn Enterprises () holds a 68.5% stake in the company and is working to raise its ownership to 84%.
