Ramp, a NYC-based financial operations platform, raised $500M in Series E-2 funding, at $22.5 Billion valuation.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
ICONIQ led the round, with participation from existing investors including all participants from the June 2025 Series E: Founders Fund, D1 Capital Partners, GIC, Coatue, Avenir Growth, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Sands Capital, 8VC, Lux Capital, Altimeter, Definition Capital, 137 Ventures, General Catalyst, and Stripes. New investors for this round included: Sutter Hill Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., GV (Google Ventures), Emerson Collective, Operator Collective, and Pinegrove Capital Partners. 
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO Eric Glyman, Ramp is a provider of a financial operations platform designed to save companies time and money. Its all-in-one solution combines payments, corporate cards, vendor management, procurement, travel booking, and automated bookkeeping.
With this round, Ramp has raised $1.9B in total equity financing.

The round was led by ICONIQ with participation from existing and new investors. The funds will be used to expand operations and development. Ramp serves over 40,000 companies, including major clients like Shopify and CBRE, and has saved customers over $10 billion and 27.5 million hours.
