    Research reveals how Delta and other airlines use AI to set ticket prices

    Delta Air Lines has begun using AI for 3% of domestic ticket pricing, with plans to expand to 20% by year-end. The airline partners with Israel-based Fetcherr, a startup using large language models to analyze market dynamics. Fetcherr has also worked with Virgin Atlantic, Viva Aerobus, WestJet, and Royal Air Maroc. The companies emphasize their commitment to transparency, stating they do not use personal data for individualized pricing.
