    Bumble CEO Herd sells shares worth $8.55 million

    Whitney Wolfe Herd, the chief executive of Bumble Inc., indirectly sold 1,365,116 shares of the company’s Class A common stock on August 13, 2025, worth $8,545,626. The sale was for personal tax and estate planning purposes. Bumble Inc., valued at $949 million with a strong liquidity position, also reported its Q2 2025 earnings: a negative EPS of –$2.45 versus the forecast of $0.34, but revenue of $248 million slightly above the $244.17 million expectation. Analysts adjusted their outlooks, with Susquehanna raising its price target, Wolfe Research maintaining a Peerperform rating, and Raymond James keeping a Market Perform rating. Additionally, Beehive Holdings III, LP—of which Herd is the sole member—acquired 1 million shares of Bumble through a zero‑price conversion of Buzz Holdings L.P. units.
