    New Report Offers Valuable Insights into Gen Z's Employment Struggles

    The 2025 McKinsey American Opportunity Survey highlights significant employment challenges faced by Gen Z in the United States. The survey found that unemployment rates for Gen Z (ages 18-24) are more than 2.5 times higher than the general population, with skills and experience being the primary barriers. Nearly half of Gen Z workers are pessimistic about job stability, financial security, and retirement. The report also revealed that justice-impacted individuals are two times more likely to be unemployed.
