    NZFD contracts Spain’s UROVESA for 60 new utility vehicles

    The New Zealand Defence Force (NZFD) has signed a contract with Spanish military vehicle manufacturer UROVESA for 60 new utility vehicles as part of the Protected Mobility Capability Project (PMCP). The contract includes 40 medium CK3 and 20 light ST5 variants, with a budget allocation of NZ$100 million ($58.38 million) from Budget 24. UROVESA is set to deliver the vehicles in 2027.
