He most recently served as task force director of operations for Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf and Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf, where he significantly lifted guest satisfaction and guest voice scores above 70 percent across all departments.\n\nHis broader leadership track within Marriott includes roles as director of operations at Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek, cluster operations manager, and multi-property food and beverage manager. His expertise spans operations, pre-openings, and F&amp;B strategy, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and business optimisation.\n\nIn his new role, Krishnankutty will lead operations across the three properties, supporting service delivery, process improvement, and continued business growth.
