    Construction mental health support not improved enough, say CIOB

    A report by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) highlights rising mental health support in the construction sector but notes persistent challenges, including high rates of stress, fatigue, and suicidal thoughts among workers. While initiatives like mental health first aiders and awareness events have increased, 28% of respondents reported suicidal thoughts in the past year, and 24% experienced daily stress.
