Michael Klein  (Sales Team)

Michael joins us from PayPal where he spent the last years shaping and growing the business relationships with large enterprises like Zalando, adidas or Best Secret. In his role a Senior Enterprise Account Executive it will be his job to get big players sold on VisionAl.

He has a background in Strategy Consulting and besides his day job he always enjoyed activities fostering social justice, diversity and inclusion, leading respective teams at PayPal for years.

As the saying goes, any man should accomplish three things in his life: 

build a house, plant a tree, and raise a child - for 2024 he plans to accomplish at least one of the above.

Michael Arndt (Revenue Team)

Michael is our new Head of Revenue Operations. After having worked in different Sales roles SaaS businesses in the E-Commerce industry and after having founded 2 non-tech companies (i.e. a craftbeer brand), he brings his vast experience he gained when leading DACH & international sales teams 📈

Defining and implementing the right processes, KPls, tracking, tools and cross-team alignment is the basis of a more efficient collaboration and helps to further scale the company. 

He lives in Berlin since 2009 with his wife and 2 kids 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧 practices Yoga, Spinning & Bootcamp 🚴 🧘🏻‍♂️ as sports.
