Established in May 2018, EACON is a leading autonomous haulage solution company that empowers the most traditional mining industry with the most advanced technology. The solution has been implemented in top Chinese large-scale open-pit coal mines from CHN Energy and TBEA, conducting 24-hour normalized unmanned driving operations with multiple fleets. In collaboration with China National Building Material Group, EACON has created the first fully-automated and zero-carbon Quarry in Fushan, Shandong. 

EACON were the first in China to conduct 24/7 autonomous haulage operations as well as the first to operate without the need for safety drivers. 

In 2023, EACON established its Australian entity in Perth, WA. By leveraging existing experience and establishing a new local team, EACON aims to expand its operations in Australia and contribute to the transition towards an autonomous and green future.

EACON's unmanned driving technology enables two haul trucks to load and wait in close proximity. When a loaded truck departs, leveraging advanced onboard sensors and algorithms, it transmits the latest boundaries of the loading area to the next truck awaiting loading. This enables the waiting truck to promptly reach a new, suitable loading spot.

Through vehicle-to-vehicle coordination, EACON #AHS achieves maximum excavator utilization, resulting in a reduction of excavator hang time to less than 30 seconds per load.
