In the fiercely competitive Chinese EV industry, our portfolio company Li Auto has stepped into the ‘hundred-billion revenue’ club, becoming the first Chinese 'new auto maker' to break annual revenues of RMB 100 billion. On February 26, 2024, Li Auto unveiled its financial results for Q4 and the full year of 2023, showcasing the company's best financial performance to date: total revenues of RMB 123.85 billion (US$17.44 billion), net profits of RMB 11.81 billion (US$1.66 billion), and a cash reserve of RMB 103.67 billion (US$14.60 billion) at the year's end. The company delivered 376,030 vehicles throughout the year, marking a 182.2% increase from the previous year. Moreover, in the fourth quarter, Li Auto led the Chinese auto brands by capturing a 16% market share in the new energy segment for vehicles priced above RMB 200,000. Future Capital Discovery Fund proudly became the first institutional investor in Li Auto in 2015. Over the ensuing seven years, we have consistently increased our investment in each funding round, demonstrating Future Capital's strong commitment and belief in Li Auto by participating in seven out of nine rounds of financing. Beyond Li Auto, Future Capital has strategically invested across the entire EV value chain, achieving notable successes. Last year, we celebrated two IPOs: Motorcomm Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (SH:688515) made its debut on the STAR Market, becoming the first stock in the Ethernet PHY chip segment; and iMotion Automotive Technology ( 1274.HK ) was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking a significant milestone as a leader in autonomous driving.
