We're often asked who/what our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) is: this is it! i) One who loves cooking and eating delicious food, obviously! ii) One who's willing to experiment and explore exciting, new flavours iii) One who's very involved in what food gets made, whether for themselves or their family, for taste or nutrition or whether they want to cook up a feast or looking for a quick fix without compromising on taste and flavour - either way, one who's involved in matters of food, is our favourite kind of customer iv) One who browses the website to unlock discounts on products/bundles. Being mindful of offers and promotions is always a sign of a wise customer v) One who puts their trust in new brands like ours, supports up-and-coming, local startups with large orders like this vi) And lastly, one who helps increase our AOV by placing large orders - we're a startup - we can't help but throw in some startup jargon to feel intelligent :) Thank you for your support, folks - we're doing this to assist you in levelling up your food game.
