We participated in Tehnopol’s AI Ideation Day, where Kristjan shared insights on how to get started with AI projects—what to consider, how to select the right methods, and how to optimize the process. The goal of AI Ideation Day is to bring together businesses with a plan, idea, or interest in exploring AI’s possibilities, but who need help from industry experts to get started. Proud to receive recognition for our commitment to mental health from the initiative Peaasi.ee . Over time, we have placed greater emphasis on supporting the mental health of our team. It starts with awareness—recognizing when someone may need help—and is reinforced through initiatives like Mental Health First Aid training and culture hacks. While it’s widely understood, it bears repeating: without investing in the well-being of our people, we cannot build a sustainable business or maintain satisfied clients. Prioritizing mental health is key to long-term success. A big thank you to our HR manager, Britten , for leading this initiative.

Our CEO, Kristjan Jansons , had the opportunity to participate in the knowledge-sharing exhibition held alongside the annual OECD Global Strategy Group meeting. Companies from over 20 sectors showcased inspiring practices to help governments and policymakers from OECD countries and beyond address the benefits and challenges of AI. The event featured interactive panel discussions with leading experts who demonstrated AI tools and applications while also sharing insights and initiatives on AI governance issues. A big thank you to all the participants for the great thoughts and discussions, and special thanks to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia (and Kadi Metsandi ) for organizing the event from Estonian side, and to Net Group Ltd for being an awesome travel companion.

Happy Monday! Starting the week with a moment of reflection and inspiration from our recent four-hour tea ceremony with Teeline Tea. Jaanus led us through the fascinating history of tea, sharing ancient legends, personal stories, and moments of laughter. By the end of the evening, Robert summed it up perfectly—11,000 points out of 10! We also left with valuable tips on how to serve the perfect tea, but to discover them, you’ll need to attend the ceremony yourself, which we highly recommend.

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day, and we're proud to share that two of our colleagues have completed the Zero Suicide Alliance course. This valuable training equips them with the tools to support those who might be struggling in silence. Amidst the hustle of business and success stories, it's important to pause and check in on those who may need some additional support. Five of our team members took part in the Tartu City Marathon 2024, where runners had the option of tackling a full 42 km, a half marathon, or a 10 km course through the city’s scenic landmarks. They were pleased with their performances, showing that desk work hasn’t slowed them down. We're truly impressed by their endurance—well done, runners! 💪
