The company was formerly known as Centennial Resource Development, Inc. and changed its name to Permian Resources Corporation in September 2022. Permian Resources Corporation was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in Midland, Texas.

This morning, Will Hickey and James Walter (Co-CEOs) hosted our Q3’24 earnings call. During the quarter, Permian Resources delivered outstanding results, which were highlighted by increased operational efficiencies and solid well results. This allowed us to increase full year oil production guidance for the third consecutive quarter while maintaining our initial capex guidance.
