Last week marked a special moment for Raincoat - our first-ever in-person Strategic Offsite in Puerto Rico! Bringing our whole team together in one place after months of virtual collaboration was magical.

While strategy and vision topped our agenda, the culture, the food, and the landscape of the island added layers of rich experiences, making our time together even more special. These moments deepened our bonds and gave us a renewed appreciation for our team's diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives.

A special shoutout to the partners and collaborators who joined us and shared some of their experiences with the team. This was a definite highlight - shedding light on our journey and the milestones ahead.
