We operate our own Electroless nickel (EN) plating line at our Grand Rapids, Michigan, headquarters. EN plating is a method of depositing a nickel alloy suspended in an aqueous solution onto a substrate. The process is made up of a series of precisely timed baths to clean, rinse, activate, and plate our USA-made wrenches including angle head and crowfoot wrenches. This allows us to control all aspects of the process to ensure extremely consistent, accurate, and intentional results.
