Family, Infant and Preschool Program (FIPP)

Family, Infant and Preschool Program (FIPP) supports families of young children with and without disabilities in western North Carolina. The program provides assistance for child development and offers training opportunities for professionals in early childhood education. FIPP is also a research and training institute.
