They sought clarity on GST applicability based on contribution amounts. Issue: Whether GST applies to members contributing less than INR 7,500 monthly. Ruling: GST is not applicable on contributions up to INR 7,500 per month per member. Only contributions above this threshold are subject to GST. 2. GST Exemption on Supply of Teachers to Schools—Karnataka AAR Facts of the Case: M/s Crystal Infosystems supplies teachers to BBMP schools and sought a ruling on GST exemption for this service. Issue: Whether supplying teachers to BBMP schools qualifies for GST exemption.
