Let’s dive into this tasty, guilt-free creation! ⌛ Preparation Time:05-10 minutes 🍽️ Serves:1 🥗 Ingredients: - Burger bun- 1 or Bread toasties- 2 - Cheese (grated)- 1 tablespoons For the topping: - Tomato (chopped)- 1/4 tomato - Onion (chopped)- 1/4 onion - Capsicum (chopped)- 1/4 capsicum - Garlic (minced)- 1 clove - Basil/ Coriander (chopped)- 1/2 teaspoon - Dry red chilli flakes- 1/4 teaspoon - Black olives- 2-3 olives - Grilled chicken/ paneer/ tofu pieces (leftover/ freshly grilled)- 1 tablespoon - Salt- to taste Method 1. In a bowl, mix all the above mentioned topping ingredients and keep it aside. 2. Next, cut the bun horizontally or you can use bread toasties as well. 3. Several causes can result in inflammation and may include: Infection by Helicobacter pylori: This bacteria is a very common cause of gastritis and further cause ulcers and stomach cancer if not treated. Medicines: In excessive use of non stimulated drugs irritate the stomach lining. Excessive alcohol intake: Alcohol wears down the stomach lining and increases the risk of inflammation. Stress: Acute stress in particular, that is, following surgery, injury or illness can trigger off gastritis. Autoimmune disorders: It is referred to as autoimmune gastritis when the body’s immune system attacks the stomach lining. Infections apart from H. pylori: Other viral and fungal infections apart from H. pylori also lead to the occurrence of this disease. Symptoms of Gastritis Gastritis may present with a variety of symptoms, but the common signs and symptoms include: Abdominal pain or discomfort Nausea or vomiting Bloating Loss of appetite Indigestion Hiccups Vomiting blood or coffee-ground-like material Black, tarry stools It’s important to seek a health provider for diagnosis and appropriate treatment for these persisting symptoms.

Crispy, lightly seasoned, and full of flavor, these chaklis are perfect for a guilt-free snack or a crowd-pleasing treat. ⌛ Preparation Time: 30-35 mins 🍽️ Serves: 1 🥗 Ingredients: - Ragi flour- 1/2 cup - Besan flour/ Gram flour- 1/4 cup - Ginger (grated)- 1/2 teaspoon - Red chilli powder- 1/4 teaspoon - Garlic paste- 1/2 teaspoon - Ajwain seeds- 1/2 teaspoon (optional) - Salt- as per taste - Oil- 1 teaspoon 1. Firstly, add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix them well. Add oil and water (as required) to make a semi-soft dough and divide the dough into two equal sizes. 2. Place one half of the dough into a chakli maker and press out roundels of the dough. 3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the chaklis on a baking tray. Place them in a preheated oven and bake the chaklis at 360° F for 15-20 minutes or until they are done and turn crisp. 4. Repeat the same procedure with the other half of the dough to make chaklis. Store them in an airtight container and serve them with your evening cup of tea or coffee. 5. Ragi chakli is ready. Enjoy! :)
