Firstly, add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix them well. Add oil and water (as required) to make a semi-soft dough and divide the dough into two equal sizes. 2. Place one half of the dough into a chakli maker and press out roundels of the dough. 3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the chaklis on a baking tray. Place them in a preheated oven and bake the chaklis at 360° F for 15-20 minutes or until they are done and turn crisp. 4. Repeat the same procedure with the other half of the dough to make chaklis. Store them in an airtight container and serve them with your evening cup of tea or coffee. 5. Ragi chakli is ready. Enjoy! :)
