When soil is removed from the vessel, our team screens for non-organics like metal fillings, prostheses, and artificial joints. If the family chooses, Recompose recycles these items. Reclaimed medical metal is sold as base metals and Recompose places 100% of the money earned from this recycling into our Community Fund. Since 2023, we’ve added over $21,000 into the fund from reclaimed medical metals, where it’s been used for people who can’t otherwise afford the full price of our service. The Community Fund is also supported by the profits of the Recompose shop. We're seeking a motivated individual to cultivate interest in our offerings and set a high standard of Recompose customer service by prioritizing attentive, welcoming, and informative customer care. They will oversee the development and maintenance of systems for Precompose to ensure customer data integrity, identify areas for improvement, track developments, analyze data, and generate reports. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include: * 7 years experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and/or hospitality. * 3 years of management experience, preferably using principles of collaborative leadership, and with direct experience managing customer service database systems or internal customer relationship management (CRM) tools. * Demonstrable competence in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
