Enhanced premium tax credits have made health coverage more affordable for the more than 21 million people enrolled through the marketplaces. However, this support is set to expire in 2025. When it does, individuals and families will see their monthly premium costs skyrocket, causing many to forgo coverage altogether. ACAP urges Congress to act and extend the premium tax credits, so people nationwide can access the care they need.
