Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino recently presented a donation of $10,000 to the St. Landry-Evangeline Sexual Assault Center.
 
SLESAC is a local non-profit that provides counseling services, community outreach, and educational programs to St. Landry and Evangeline Parishes. They provide help, healing, and hope to survivors of sexual abuse and/or assault and their families. All services offered are confidential and free of charge.

Treasure Chest Casino was honored to be able to help the community with a $30,000 donation to Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana!

Throughout the holiday season, Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport team members participated in a food and toy drive benefitting Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana and The Providence House. Team members delivered over 500 lbs. of food and an abundance of toys to benefit families in need.

This year, we celebrate 49 years of Boyd Gaming! In 1975, Sam and Bill Boyd founded the company to develop and operate the California Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas.

Although we’ve grown into a nationwide company since then, we’ve never forgotten Sam Boyd’s legacy of integrity, service, and excellence. Sam Boyd founded a business based on a belief in treating people right, and his spirit lives on in the company that bears his name.
