GLA was formed nearly 25 years ago to allow independent freight companies compete with the larger international operators by providing an &quot;Instant, trusted network of freight professionals worldwide&quot;​.

Members working togetherFrom our member in the US John S. James Co...... Our Special Projects team at John S. James Co., headed by Steve Cataldo, recently moved a large Case Thickness Gauge System weighing 26,455 pounds and measuring 24 feet x 7.6 feet x 10.3 feet. The shipment was carried by OOCL on a 40’ flat rack from Bremerhaven to Charleston. Our Global Logistics Associates partner in Germany, Container Transport Logistik (CTL), coordinated the logistics, and Neal Brothers’ warehouse in Charleston handled flat rack stripping and crane loading. Larkin Express Logistics handled the trucking, delivering the shipment on a low profile step deck trailer to its final destination in Kentucky.
