Thrillled to announce that in addition to our successful Critical Design Review of the turbocompressor that produces the motive air for our system, we have also successfully tested our front (75 lbf class) and rear (250 lbf class) FPS thrusters of the J-500. This is an important milestone in the collaboration program with Eanan to fly the cargo UAS in Dubai next year. We not only validated the performance expected by the thrusters for the vehicle but also the pneumatic system and the valves that control the flows in the system. This work also helped us calibrate our tools (CFD included) as we scale up our technology to larger and larger platforms intended for the AAM market. The work has been done by AeroTEC - Aerospace Testing Engineering & Certification Inc. in Moses Lake, WA.
