BIO89-100 is currently in a Phase 2 trial for the treatment of SHTG. 89bio is headquartered in San Francisco with operations in Herzliya, Israel.

Our investigational FGF21 analog has received the European Medicines Agency Priority Medicines (PRIME) status in patients with non-cirrhotic #MASH with fibrosis and MASH with compensated cirrhosis. This designation was supported by the positive data from our Phase 2b ENLIVEN trial.
