While Spotify is giving out your list of top songs in 2023, we also want to take a chance to look back on our top events and milestones in the last year.

1️⃣ Undoubtedly, our greatest achievement in 2023 was securing a very important new US customer. This exciting milestone not only propels us forward into the upcoming year but also marks a significant step towards our mission of digitalizing HR processes internationally.

2️⃣ Another pivotal event for us was our participation in the SuccessConnect conference held in Las Vegas in October. This gathering was again an invaluable opportunity to personally engage with our partners and clients. In addition, it allowed us to establish meaningful connections that have the potential for future collaboration. Many thanks to our partner SAP for hosting us at this prestigious event.

3️⃣ Our attendance at the HXM MEE Partner Summit in Walldorf and the HXM Partner Summit at the SAP Headquarters in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, provided us with an enriching experience. These summits enabled us to gain more insights into the global SAP partner community. We emerged from these events inspired and equipped with new knowledge to strengthen our operations in 2024.

A big thank you to Ulrich Jaenicke, Mahdis Salehi, Thomas Schäfer, Silvia Bayerl and Oliver Hirschau for representing aconso at this year’s events.

As we raise our glasses to toast the upcoming year, we eagerly anticipate the prospect of working alongside both familiar and new faces, driving us towards even greater successes in 2024 ✨.
