Alexander McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the house joined the Kering Group and, since December 2023, is under the creative direction of Seán McGirr.

Alexander McQueen is distinctive for an expression of individuality, subversive strength and raw power. With a design studio and atelier based in London, the house is known for uncompromising quality and creative vision.

A preview of Alexander McQueen under the creative direction of Seán McGirr. Embracing Alexander McQueen’s past to inform the present and future, the campaign features icons and friends of the house, Debra Shaw and Frankie Rayder. 

Celebrating the essence of McQueen, the story is captured in nature against the backdrop of an ancient pine forest, imbued with an ethereal Celtic ambiance. Among the pines, Debra and Frankie wear chrome toy masks in the form of a skull, the long-time archetypal motif of the house. Their identities are playfully revealed to discover a noble strength. 

The original McQueen logo, conceived by Lee McQueen over thirty years ago, is redrawn for a new era.

The new Alexander McQueen collection created to celebrate the Year Of The Dragon. The campaign animation follows a flurry of snapdragon petals through the cities of Chengdu, Shanghai and Beijing, bringing to life pieces from the collection.

The special new dragon flower print is inspired by the snapdragon flower in vibrant red and pink. This enriches the interior of the Small Seal and Mini Seal bags.

The dragon flower print in white on black brings vibrancy to small accessories. Additionally, the Small Peak and the Mini Jewelled Satchel are available in red, the colour of good fortune.

The Armadillo shoe is reinvented; inspired by the protective shell of an armadillo, with its iconic curve heel, was most famously seen in 2010’s Plato’s Atlantis.

The #McQueenArmadillo mule and pumps appear in black and white and the Twisted Armadillo sandal is in silver and gold metallic finish or embroidered.

Introducing the new Pre-Spring/Summer 2024 Womenswear collection.

Signature tailoring is sharp and cut close to the body in traditional menswear fabrics, with utilitarian detailing and ceremonial embroideries. Oversized bow and knot details nod to the couture atelier. Chiaroscuro flower prints, jacquards and embroideries are reworked from Old Master paintings.

The Alexander McQueen Galleria East Boutique Reopens in Seoul.

We invited friends of the house to celebrate the reopening of the newly renewed boutique.

Guests included: I.N from Stray Kids, Go Hyun-Jung, Jung Yu-Mi, Ohira Shuzo, Miyoshi Ayaka and Bae Yun-Young.

The store's design is a collaboration with architect Smiljan Radic, following the concept of traditional techniques that uphold Alexander McQueen's values of uncompromising craftsmanship, the touch of the hand, combined with visionary design and innovation.
