**Another Summer Spotlight!**
	This past summer, I had the opportunity to work as an SSA with Specialized Packaging Group (SPG), one of Altamont’s portfolio companies. I primarily worked with Johan Nordenson, an Operating Partner at ACP who contributes substantially to SPG’s operations, on a couple projects about procurement analysis and customer segmentation. Not only did the internship help me improve in Excel and PowerBI, but it also pushed me to develop my data analysis and critical thinking skills. I had the opportunity to attend and contribute to meetings with several of SPG’s C-level executives. This exposure to upper-level management is truly unparalleled, especially for a sophomore summer internship. Furthermore, my experience was particularly unique because I lived in San Francisco and worked out of ACP offices. Sitting beside the AI interns and full-time analysts every day, I gained insight into their daily tasks and responsibilities, which was invaluable in developing my understanding of the private equity industry.

This past weekend, our employees and summer interns had the pleasure of participating in the 2024 Summer Scamper for the third year in a row. This crucial fundraising event benefits Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health and Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford in their mission to support child and maternal health. 

We are delighted that the Altamont team and ACP Foundation were able to support such a great cause and we look forward to participating in next year’s Summer Scamper!
