We recently reported pipeline progress and fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results. This includes the positive interim results from our APG777 Phase 1 study as well as an update on the Phase 1 clinical study of APG808, a potentially best-in-class antibody for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (#COPD) and asthma, which is set to start ahead of schedule in the first half of this year. Today we announced positive Phase 1 interim data from the first-in-human study of our lead program, APG777. Initial data show APG777 was well tolerated in healthy volunteers and initial PK data support potential best-in-class dosing of every 3 or 6 months. Based on these findings, we plan to accelerate our timelines again and initiate a Phase 2 clinical trial of APG777 in moderate-to-severe #atopicdermatitis in the first half of this year.
