Caruso Ventures is the investment arm of Caruso, a real estate company known for its development and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. The venture focuses on investing in and partnering with innovative companies that align with Caruso's core business in real estate and related technologies.

Caruso Ventures invests in tech-enabled companies led by highly effective CEOs. We use our deep scale up experience to help the next generation of tech leaders achieve their visions.

Our typical initial investment is $1.5 million in companies at the early revenue ramp stage, ranging from $500k to $2.5 million. We are industry agnostic and we will lead or follow. Most of our investments are headquartered in the Rocky Mountain Region or are Endeavor Global companies.

Caruso Ventures sets up Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPV”) for our investments, which allows for additional investors to participate in select investments.
