If you’re worried that setting up a new AI process will take a ton of time. Here’s how to do it in just one zoom call: The Train Your Smart Friend Method ✨ 1. Find a smart friend or colleague that has little to no context on what you do 2. Get on a zoom call. Hit record 3. Explain to them that you’re going to teach them to do X. They should ask questions where unclear 4. Start with background context. Assume they know NOTHING 5. Walk them through tasks step by step, being as specific as possible 6. If you want to really nail it, have them do the process a few times live while you give feedback and continue coaching them 7. Take the transcript and ask ChatGPT to turn it into a training guide Boom. Now you have a whole process ready to delegate to AI The place people get stuck is usually not in the AI side, it’s in codifying their work. Here’s your hack
