RUNNER-1 , jointly developed by ISI - ImageSat International and Terran Orbital Corporation, is a sub-meter resolution earth-observation satellite, ideally designed for military intelligence collection missions. Some of its unique capabilities include true color high-definition video, adaptive on-board processing, and super-resolution.
