Our robust operating performance drove to valuation increase and guidance upgrade, a net current cash flow per share up 3.3% vs. first-half 2023, EBITDA up 5.4% and Net rental income up 6.0%.

🌟 Time Out Market Barcelona is opening its doors at our Maremagnum shopping center! 

We're so proud to be hosting this unrivaled rooftop concept complete with 15 kitchens and 4 bars. Set out over some 5,000 sq.m., this brand-new offering has been carefully curated by urban gastronomy specialist Time Out and is set to become the go-to destination for Barcelona's cultural, musical and sporting events! 

👨‍🍳 In a completely reshaped building, it features a great variety of food including Mediterranean cuisine, tacos, seafood, Catalan specialties, pizza, hamburgers, sushi, and grilled dishes, all set out around accommodating shared tables and event zones, topped off by two superb terraces affording diners a breathtaking view of Port Vell and the city of Barcelona. What's more, it also boasts 2 Michelin-starred chefs in Jordi Artal and Fran López! 

The TimeOut Market at Maremagnum project set up in collaboration with the Barcelona Activa municipal agency has created some 300 jobs. 

This outstanding opening is part of a Klépierre major refurbishment project of Maremagnum shopping center to provide the best shopping offer and enhance our customers comfort with improved accessibility and connections to the docks.

🍬🏆 Klépierre est ravie d’annoncer le lauréat de son concours « Commerçant d’ici et de demain » qui s’est tenu dans notre centre commercial Grand Place (Grenoble) : félicitations à Thierry Court, maître artisan et créateur des « Petits Bonheurs » !  
Organisée en partenariat avec la CCI de Grenoble, cette deuxième édition offre à son lauréat un espace commercial de 80 m² à Grand Place à titre gracieux pendant 1 an, et un financement de travaux à hauteur de 50 000 €. 

🧁 Thierry Court est maître artisan pâtissier-chocolatier-confiseur. Installé à Grenoble depuis 22 ans, il créé sa marque de snacking néo-artisanal "Les Petits Bonheurs" en 2016 et remporte l’édition 2017 du concours « Meilleur Pâtissier - Les Professionnels » sur M6. 
Il accueillera les visiteurs dans sa nouvelle boutique dès le premier trimestre 2025.

🎨Banksy at Klépierre!

The exhibition "The Mystery of Banksy - A Creative Genius" opened in our Økern Sentrum centre in Norway in late February. Urban and connected to public transport, it is the ideal place to promote street art. For all lovers of urban art, this is the opportunity until June 16 to dive into the universe of this artist (or these artists?!) whose identity remains mysterious.

This exhibition, unique in Norway, promises a celebration of urban art, creativity and culture, thus consolidating Økern’s position as the cultural hub of Oslo. It highlights the richness and commitment of Banksy’s art, while enhancing this vibrant and inspiring neighborhood. 
It is the very mission of a shopping center to get visitors and employees discover art and culture of all kinds.

🎨Banksy dans un centre commercial Klépierre !

L'exposition "Le Mystère de Banksy - Un génie créatif" a ouvert ses portes dans notre centre Økern Sentrum en Norvège fin février. Urbain et connecté aux transports publics, c'est le lieu idéal pour promouvoir l'art de la rue. Pour tous les passionnés d'art urbain, c'est l'occasion de plonger jusqu'au 16 juin dans l'univers de cet artiste (ou ces artistes ?!) dont l'identité reste mystérieuse.

Cette exposition, unique en Norvège, promet une célébration de l'art urbain, de la créativité et de la culture, consolidant ainsi la position d'Økern en tant que pôle culturel d'Oslo. Elle met en lumière la richesse et l'engagement de l'art de Banksy, tout en valorisant ce quartier vibrant et inspirant. 
C’est tout le rôle d’un centre commercial que de faire découvrir l’art et la culture sous toutes ses formes à ses visiteurs et à tous ceux qui y travaillent.
