On International Women's Day, our female employees from Austria received the book ‘The Power Effect’ by Nathalie Karré as a gift. Nathalie shows in her book that Gender Pay Gap, Gender Data Gap and Gender Care Gap are not just trends, but fact-based reality. Her book is a guide how women can successfully break through these dynamics, utilize their strengths and, step by step, achieve more power, and a fulfilled life.
Women should be celebrated not only on Women's Day but every day, which is why on 7 June, we had the pleasure of welcoming Nathalie as our special guest in Vienna. In a relaxed breakfast atmosphere, Nathalie provided our female colleagues from Austria with valuable and practical insights from her book. We exchanged experiences and thoughts in a lively discussion round.
A big thank you goes to Nathalie Karré for the inspiring insights and Christina Neuhold for the moderation and organization of this initiative!

We ran for those who couldn't and contributed €𝟰𝟬.𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!
