At The Montgomery Summit last month, we were honored to host Jon Jones, Vice President of Go-To-Market at Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead a session on what is takes to scale an enterprise #software business. The discussion included a brief fireside chat with Jon and I, followed by a panel with four entrepreneurs building, scaling, and deploying platform businesses in cooperation with AWS.

We are living in an unprecedented time with #GenerativeAI changing the fundamentals of what it means to build and to scale. The opportunity is substantial, and the barriers to seizing it are diminishing. My main takeaways from the session include: 
- The AI opportunity is unprecedented
- Large market opportunity, scalability, and efficient go-to-market are critical early indicators of success
-Generative AI can steepen the growth curve of breakout companies
