Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI is bringing in as much as $6 billion in new funding, CNBC reports, pumping up its valuation to $50 billion. The funding, set to close next week, will go toward buying 100,000 NVIDIA chips that will be used for Colossus, xAI's new supercomputer in Memphis, Tennessee. In the below figure, the vehicles imaging systems capture a view of the person in the orange jacket approaching (e.g. appears to be an escaped prisoner, but not all situations will be so obvious to the human observer). The imaging system communicates with the AI system, which in turn alerts the Personal AI Watcher, which in turn alerts the user via Augmented Reality system.

One of the things that Mind Commerce has advocated at the personal/individual level is a “Personal AI”, which represents software, platform, and/or systems (etc.) that are under complete control of the individual.
