Alan, Manager, Operations – Parts and Accessories at Textron Specialized Vehicles, recently attended the “Building Effective Teams” class, a three-day Textron University course in partnership with Korn Ferry and Duke Corporate Education. This class equips leaders with the tools to guide highly effective teams in dynamic and distributed environments.

Alan’s biggest takeaway? “The importance of truly establishing culture and structure within teams. Establishing structure, including defined goals, norms, and boundaries, serves to guide the behaviors of individuals within teams and results in more productive, accountable teams.”
