PICO gives our sales reps more time, allowing them to focus on personal customer contact. Having PICO handy, the sales force can handle administrative tasks such as sending invoices or delivery notes via voice control on the go.

The digital sales assistant is constantly being developed further and will also provide support in other areas such as HR, logistics and vehicle fleet management in the future. 

The tool is an important component of Würth’s sales strategy and paves the way for future innovations 💡

The Würth Electrical Wholesale Group is expanding its presence in Poland by acquiring a majority stake in TIM S.A.

TIM S.A. operates Poland's largest e-commerce platform for electrical wholesaling, with over 70 percent of revenue generated online. In addition, the company operates a powerful logistics platform through its fully owned subsidiary 3LP S.A. With this acquisition, the Würth Group becomes the market leader in electrical wholesaling in Poland with access to additional e-commerce and logistics capacities.
