Approval News: Congratulations! #Voydeya (#danicopan) was approved in Japan for adults with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (#PNH) to be used in combination with C5 inhibitor therapy.

PNH is a rare and severe blood disorder characterized by the destruction of red blood cells within blood vessels, and white blood cell and platelet activation that can cause thrombosis (blood clots) and result in organ damage and potentially premature death. Voydeya, as add-on to standard-of-care, has the potential to improve outcomes for those experiencing the burdensome manifestations of extravascular haemolysis while continuing treatment with standard of care.
