In addition, the company provides portable blood and urine analysis testing, including point-of-care diagnostic products, instruments and reagents, rapid immunoassay tests, reference laboratory kits and services, and blood glucose monitors; and other non-pharmaceutical products, including nutritionals and agribusiness services, as well as products and services in areas, such as biodevices, genetics tests, and precision animal health. It markets its products to veterinarians, livestock producers, and retail outlets, as well as third-party veterinary distributors through its sales representatives, and technical and veterinary operations specialists. The company was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Each year, Zoetis colleagues celebrate Purpose Month in July — a time to come together as One Zoetis and make a difference among our colleagues, customers and communities.

We recently wrapped up the month with a celebratory event, where our executive team alongside hundreds of colleagues at Zoetis Headquarters had the opportunity to create comfort kits for service members, in partnership with the American Red Cross. Colleagues based in Malvern, PA and Durham, NC also joined in on this effort. These comfort kits bring a touch of home and healing to these service members, and it was an honor to bring Purpose Month to life through this volunteer activity.

2024 marks our largest cohort ever of interns – we are fortunate to have 150+ talented young professionals across the U.S. and around the world joining us this summer to support many different departments.

For National Intern Day this past Thursday, we celebrated by inviting our interns from New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut to our Parsippany HQ office to join CEO, Kristin Peck, and CFO, Wetteny Joseph, for a special Purpose Month volunteer activity and lunch.

The group came together to make greeting cards, pet toys and giveaways bags that will be donated to the Senior Paw Project, part of the Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary that supports senior pet owners in need of additional help caring for their beloved animals.

Education and training are crucial to the A.L.P.H.A. Plus initiative as it progresses in supporting the establishment of sustainable veterinary care in Sub-Saharan Africa.
 
We're committed to training 100,000 professionals, including farmers, in Sub-Saharan Africa by the end of 2025. As women play a very important role in the region’s smallholder farms, we're focused on being gender intentional to increase female participation in training activities.
