Chimera Entertainment released Songs of Silence on steam, early access, nearly 2 months ago. we fumbled the release (had a big asian country drown our first rating unfortunately; without that we were at >85% the first days). rebounded from that (rolling review is >80%, overall 73%) and now keep updating content and making the game even better till 1.0 We also want to deploy console. this is one of our most passion driven projects ever (also for me as EP) and we will keep on keeping on :) if you have any ideas, tools, methods, channels, genius ideads, are an influencer/press yourself etc. to help us on this self publishing journey (also if you want to be regional distribution partner) please reach out. I'd like to share some tips with you over these upcoming weeks. 😉 Here’s a checklist to ensure you’re fully prepared for the event: - Pitching Materials (everything is ready, downloaded to offline version and looks presentable?) - Scheduled Meetings (with enough gaps to get to your meeting spot or have a bio-break, and you know what is the agenda and why you scheduled meetings with these specific companies?) - Networking Events (uuu...there are so many - did you choose wisely?) - Comfortable Shoes - Water and Snacks - Necessary devices (Tablets? Powerbanks?) Stay tuned as I dive into each of these essentials over the next few weeks! I decided to share this year how I prepare for Gamescom.
