Swastika Investmart Ltd. a public limited company, was incorporated in 1992 with its registered office in Mumbai and administrative office at Indore (M.P.). It is promoted by Mr. Sunil Nyati belonging to the Swastika group of Rajasthan, engaged in diversified business since 1959.

In the year 1995, the Company came out with a Public Issue of 15 lac equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at par, aggregating Rs.150 lacs. Swastika's shares listed on BSE (code: 530585) and is one of the few listed companies, engaged in stockbroking and capital markets activities. 

After a brief stint in leasing and hire-purchase business, the Company entered stock broking business in 2000. Following are the services offered by Swastika - 

-Stock, Derivatives, Commodity and Currency Broking powered by the corporate membership of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, MCX-SX, USE and ICEX. 

-Depository Services with a membership of CDSL and NSDL.

-Category I Merchant Banking Services registered with SEBI.

-Non-Banking Financial Institutional Services registered with RBI.

Swastika boasts of 2,59,616+ clients and 2261+ authorized persons. It is managed by a team of over 978+ professional staff members and has got a nationwide network with more than 102+ owned branches.

Swastika has been awarded Top Performer in Derivative section 2012-2014 by BSE, for great contribution in SME listing - 2017 by NSE, Best Brokerage House Central India 2016 - 2019 by MCX & multiple awards by NCDEX and NSDL. As per the latest study conducted by Dun & Bradstreet along with BSE on 'India's Leading Stock Brokers'​, Swastika ranks 13 in the number of branches and ranks 19 in the number of terminals.

Over the years, Swastika has followed a consistent growth path and is established as one of the leading broking houses of the country with the support and confidence of its clients, investors, employees and associates.
