This segment markets its reinsurance products through brokers. The company's Mortgage segment offers direct mortgage insurance and mortgage reinsurance. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Pembroke, Bermuda.

In late October, Arch's Greensboro office held its annual Data Dive event.

This daylong competition offers teams of data-savvy college students an opportunity to help a local nonprofit solve a critical challenge. With talented students competing for prizes and offering real-world recommendations to our community partners, it’s a true win-win!

“Excellent underwriting performance from all three of our segments, along with improved investment returns, helped us achieve an impressive 24.8% operating return on equity in the third quarter.
