It operates primarily under the Mr. Cooper and Xome brands. The company was formerly known as WMIH Corp. and changed its name to Mr. Cooper Group Inc. in October 2018. Recently, DFW volunteers joined United Way of Metropolitan Dallas to give away more than 100 laptops to qualifying North Texas families as part of their Digital Bridges initiative, which seeks to improve access to digital technology so more North Texans are equipped to succeed in school, find and keep good-paying jobs and access the health resources they need to thrive. Volunteers distributed devices, helped complete laptop setup and even assisted in creating e-mail accounts. It's always an honor to partner with United Way to help better our local communities!
